Cancellation policy:

• No-shows are responsible for the full deposit.
• If you cancel outside of 15 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less a 4% Administration/Re-booking fee.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival forfeit the 50% deposit.
